These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our digital products and services, including but not limited to GoHighLevel CRM snapshots, automation workflows, conversation AI, AI agents, prompts, templates, and related assets built for credit repair businesses, dispute specialists, and financial coaches (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and use our Services.
- By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not use our Services if you are subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes under the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, or Australia.
2. Digital Products and Licensing
- All products offered through Credit Repair Snapshot for GHL are digital in nature.
- Each snapshot purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one HighLevel agency account only.
- You may use the snapshot across all sub-accounts and users within your single agency, but not across multiple agencies.
- You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or transfer any snapshot, funnel, AI prompt, AI agent, or digital product to another agency, company, or third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
- Violation of this licensing rule may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and/or damages.
3. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
- Exception for billing errors: If you believe you have been charged twice or charged incorrectly, you must notify us by email at support@creditrepairsnapshotforghl.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- We will review your case, and if eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, misuse, or failure to implement the purchased product.
4. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility of our snapshots, workflows, AI tools, and other digital products with their HighLevel account or business needs before purchase.
- We are not responsible for misuse, improper setup, or failure to achieve specific results from our products.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to view product demos, schedule a consultation, or contact us at support@creditrepairsnapshotforghl.com prior to purchase.
4a. We Are a Software Product — Not a Credit Repair Organization
Credit Repair Snapshot for GHL is a software and automation product sold to credit repair businesses. It is not a credit repair organization, credit counseling agency, consumer reporting agency, law firm, or financial advisor. We do not dispute items on any consumer's behalf, contact credit bureaus for consumers, give credit, legal, or financial advice, or interact with your clients' creditors. We do not promise, and the product cannot promise, that any item will be removed from a credit report or that any credit score will improve.
- If you use this snapshot to operate a credit repair business, you — not us — are the "credit repair organization" under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and any equivalent state statute, and you are solely responsible for compliance.
- You are responsible for providing each consumer, before any contract is signed, the written "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" disclosure required by CROA.
- You are responsible for using a written contract that includes the terms CROA requires and the consumer's right to cancel within three (3) business days without penalty.
- You are responsible for the CROA rule that no fee may be charged or collected before the credit repair services you promised have been fully performed.
- You are responsible for any applicable state registration, surety bonding, and licensing requirements governing credit repair organizations in the states where you operate.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own compliance documentation and audit trail; any templates, contract fields, or disclosure placeholders included in the snapshot are starting points only and must be reviewed by your own qualified attorney before use.
- You are responsible for obtaining TCPA-compliant consent before sending SMS or automated messages to your clients, and for honoring opt-outs.
Our role is limited to providing the CRM snapshot, funnels, automations, and AI workflows that the operating credit repair business configures and uses at its own discretion and at its own legal risk.
5. User Conduct
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Share, distribute, or copy our content or digital products without authorization.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of this section.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, digital products, trademarks, and materials provided on Credit Repair Snapshot for GHL are the property of the Company or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Repair Snapshot for GHL, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services — including any dispute, claim, loss, regulatory action, or liability arising out of a credit repair business's handling of a consumer, its dispute activity, its CROA or TCPA compliance, or its client agreements while using our product.
- Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
- All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
10. Severability and Entire Agreement
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Credit Repair Snapshot for GHL regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
