It does not apply to any agreement, charge, or fee that a credit repair business collects from its own consumer clients — those are governed solely by that business's own terms and by the consumer-protection rules (including CROA) that apply to that business.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of digital products made through Credit Repair Snapshot for GHL are final and non-refundable.
Once a snapshot, funnel, prompt, or other digital asset is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions for Billing Errors
Refunds are only available in cases of:
- Duplicate charges — you were billed twice for the same product.
